    Where to send the report

Email is enough. The phone number is so we can reach you if a page is unreadable.

By sending your statement you agree that EmeraldPay may contact you about it. Your statement is stored privately and never shared.

It's in. Your report comes back today.

We'll email the report to you as soon as it's read, usually within a few business hours.

Want to talk it through? Book fifteen minutes with Chris, or just wait for the report and reply to it with questions.

Questions people ask before they send it

    What is the effective rate?

Total fees divided by the total amount you submitted, net of refunds. It's the one number that tells you what processing really costs, regardless of how the statement is dressed up.

    Is Dual Pricing legal?

Yes. It's offered through Clover and used by thousands of businesses. Every card gets the card price and cash gets the cash price, and the register shows both.

Will I get a sales call?

Only if you book one. The report comes by email. If you reply with questions, a person answers them.

What do you do with my statement?

It's stored privately, read by our team, and used only to prepare your report. It is never sold or shared.

    Do I have to switch?

No. Plenty of people use the report to negotiate with their current processor. That's a fine outcome.

    What if I'm under contract?

Send the statement anyway. The report will show what the contract is costing, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth waiting out.
