EmeraldPay’s Cash Discount Program is legal in all 50 states. Our Point-of-Sale System offerings allows merchants like you to offer discounts to its customers who chose to pay using cash or check which is allowed in all states. Since this is discount for those paying with cash rather than a charge for those paying with a credit or debit card, our program is not subject to the same restrictions in these states.
